u don't shut down properly, your computer does not save your presets, files, logs and system info and resources. If this happen repeatedly, your computer start performing slower because it's loaded down with fragmented system files and fragmented disk space.BAD HABITS 2:

Not ejecting the USB drive
Forcefully removing a USB drive interrupts the data transmission, which can cause unwritten data to be lost. If you have any open files at the time, they may become corrupted and thus useless.
BAD HABITS 3:
Not backing up your files
Computers crash for many reasons (including bad habit 1) or they become infected. Not having backup copies of your files, pictures and so on puts your hard work and precious memories at risk of being lost forever.
